Delivery

What are your delivery areas?

We currently deliver across Barcelona. Contact us for other regions.

How long does delivery take?

Standard: 1-2 business days (Barcelona)
Express: Same day (order before 12 PM, extra fee applies)

What if I’m not home during delivery?

The driver will attempt 2 deliveries. After that, your package will be held at a local pickup point for 3 days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

Unopened/unused items: 14 days from delivery.
Damaged/incorrect items: Report within 48 hours.
